Account & DataDeletion.

effective june 18, 2026

§ 01

Overview

Zentrr, Inc. lets you delete your Zentrr account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Two things are involved, and they are not the same: you can remove your sign-in yourself from inside the app, and an email request is what reaches your profile and the data your organization holds. This page explains both paths, what each one does, and what we are legally required to keep.

§ 02

Remove your sign-in from the app

You can remove your sign-in yourself from within the Zentrr mobile app:

  1. Open the Zentrr app and sign in.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately: your sign-in identity is removed and you are signed out on every device. It does not delete the rest. Your profile, your membership of your organization, and the data described in § 04 stay in place. To have those deleted, send the email request below (§ 03) — that request is open to everyone, whether or not you still have the app.

§ 03

Request deletion by email

This is the path that reaches your data, and it is open to everyone — whether or not you still have the app installed. Email privacy@zentrr.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.”

We verify your identity (to protect your account from someone else requesting deletion), then honor the request within thirty (30) days and confirm by email when it is complete.

§ 04

What gets deleted

When we honor a deletion request (§ 03), we delete the following from the live Service:

  • Your identity and profile — name, email, sign-in credentials, and authentication tokens.
  • Your content — chat conversations, prompts, uploaded documents and knowledge sources, and generated artifacts tied to your account.
  • Connected-account tokens — credentials for any integrations you connected (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, cloud storage). Disconnecting also revokes these.

Deletion takes effect in our live systems immediately: from that point the data above is no longer reachable through the Service. Residual copies persist for a limited time in the storage layer beneath it — our document storage retains a prior version of a deleted file for up to three hundred sixty-five (365) days, and encrypted backups are retained on a rolling schedule — after which they are destroyed automatically. Residual copies are not reachable through the Service.

§ 05

What we retain, and why

A limited set of records is kept after deletion only where the law or a legitimate business obligation requires it:

  • Billing and tax records — invoices and payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Payment card details are held by our processor, Stripe, not by Zentrr.
  • Audit logs — activity records follow your organization’s plan window. Administrative and compliance records, such as sign-ins and access-control changes, are retained for at least one (1) year and are not on an automatic deletion schedule.
  • Aggregated, de-identified data — usage metrics that no longer identify you may be retained to operate and improve the Service.

Retained records are covered by our Privacy Policy.

§ 06

Accounts managed by an organization

If you use Zentrr through an organization (your employer or a business that invited you), content you created may be owned by that organization under its agreement with us, and may be retained by the organization after your personal account is deleted. Deleting your account removes your personal access and identity; to delete organization-owned content, contact your organization administrator or email us and we will coordinate.

§ 07

Timeline

Removing your sign-in in the app takes effect immediately; email requests — the ones that reach your data — are honored within thirty (30) days after we verify your identity. Residual copies in backups and in prior stored versions of a deleted file age out afterward on the schedule described in § 04. We will confirm by email once an emailed request is complete.
