If you close your workspace, we return the credit you paid for and have not used. This is separate from, and not limited by, the thirty-day window above — it applies whenever you close, however long you have been a customer.
Refunds go to the original payment method, are issued when the closure runs, and normally appear within five to ten business days. We refund the full amount you paid, absorbing our own processing fees rather than deducting them.
Two limits, both stated plainly. We can only send money back to payments we actually received, so the refund is capped at what your past purchases can still support. And credit we granted rather than sold — promotional credit, trial credit, or a goodwill adjustment — expires when the workspace closes, because there is no payment behind it to return. Your workspace tells you which is which, with the amounts, before you confirm.
If a refund fails after the workspace is gone — a closed card is the usual reason — we email you and try again. Closing does not forfeit money you are owed.
