the platform underneath

One platform.Every Specialist you’ll ever hire.

Every Specialist you hire stands on the same substrate — the channels your team already uses, Knowledge that stays current, sign-off in Approvals, an audit trail under everything. You never assemble it. It comes with the hire.

what the platform does

Four jobs.Done before you arrive.

  1. 01job

Work everywhere. One hire, every channel.

A Specialist isn’t a website you have to visit. Install once, and they answer in Slack threads, pick up the phone when your line rings, take questions from the chat widget on your own site, and send the email out through Gmail. Every plan gets the same set.

  2. 02job

Know your business. Cited, not guessed.

Upload the documents, point us at your website, connect your own S3 bucket or your HubSpot CRM. Knowledge syncs on its own, and every answer cites the exact source it came from. Scope what each Specialist can see: the whole workspace, one team, or a single hire. When a document changes, the next answer already knows.

  3. 03job

Approve everything. Nothing acts on its own.

Before a Specialist sends the email, files the packet, or posts the update, the draft lands in Approvals with sources attached. You approve from Slack or on the web — every action that leaves the building carries a human’s name, on a tamper-evident audit trail. Content screening runs on every turn in both directions, and social security and card numbers are blocked outright.

  4. 04job

Make it yours. On your own site, in your own words.

Specialists don’t have to live behind our sign-in. Embed the chat widget directly on your site and a Specialist answers your visitors there, grounded in your Knowledge and citing what it used. Teach it your house rules, your tone and the words your firm actually uses, and it holds them on every channel. You run the relationship; the platform runs underneath.

who does the building

You hire.We build.

There's a workshop behind this platform — where Specialists are authored, taught by domain practitioners, tested against real scenarios, and shipped as versioned upgrades. You never see it, and that's the point. Your job is choosing who to hire. Keeping them sharp is ours.

Versioned releases — updates arrive on their own

Taught by practitioners, not prompted

Upgrades land in your install, not your backlog

the substrate

Isolated per workspace.By architecture, not by promise.

aws bedrock

All inference inside AWS — no foundation-model training on your data

per-workspace isolation

Your data partitioned at the database row, enforced on every query

encryption

AES-256 at rest with KMS · TLS 1.3 in transit

audit logging

Every chat, citation, and approval recorded

hipaa-eligible

Built on HIPAA-eligible AWS services · BAA on Practice and above

soc 2

Type II audit planned

the hire

Hire from the Library. The platform comes with it.

No infrastructure project. No integration backlog. Pick a Specialist tuned for your industry, and they arrive standing on everything you just read.
