All inference runs on AWS Bedrock with per-workspace isolation. PHI stays in the AWS region by architecture, and by default no third-party model providers receive your data. Optional provider-data-share models (Anthropic models served via AWS Bedrock) are off by default and require a deliberate per-agent opt-in.
Scoped records access
Records are partitioned by team and by Specialist, so a Specialist only ever retrieves what its scope allows. Social security and card numbers are blocked in both directions.
